Payment must be received before the course begins.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Pursuant reserves the right to cancel a classroom training due to low enrollment. If Pursuant cancels the event for which you have registered, you may apply your registration fee to any class you wish to attend. Pursuant is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled. If you must cancel, please submit cancellations in writing to Pursuant more than 60 business days before the training session to receive a full refund. Cancellations received 30-60 business days before the training session will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations received less than 30 business days before the training session will forfeit their registration fee in its entirety.
You may transfer your registration to someone else without penalty or move to another class. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations. To transfer your registration to another session please submit your request in writing 30 business days before the session you are registered to attend. If your request to move to another session is submitted 15 business days before the session you are registered to attend you may transfer, however a $100 transfer fee applies. If you received a group discount you are required to give more than 60 business days written notice to transfer your registration to another session and a transfer fee of $100 per attendee will apply.
