Chapter Report: Honors, Achievement, Growth
Chapter pledges over $100,000 to housing campaign!
Front of Proposed, Vastly
Expanded Sigma Nu House
Since I joined Epsilon Zeta in the spring of 2013, our chapter house has stood out amongst the rest of Fraternity Row, and we are filled with optimism. In the past academic year, our chapter earned two consecutive Service Cups for most organization volunteer hours. We placed first in our fundraising bracket for Dance Marathon with our pair Chi Omega, and we recruited the largest Sigma Nu candidate class since 2005. We head into spring recruitment with nearly 100 active brothers.

Ambition to Reach Top
Our ambition is to become one of the biggest, strongest brotherhoods at UF, but we are outgrowing the current house. And that is why I write to you asking for your support in the White Star Foundation's capital campaign.

There aren't enough rooms to house all the brothers who want to live here. We have chapter and dining rooms that do not provide enough seating for our own brotherhood, let alone when we host sorority or alumni events. We lack the study amenities or comfortable space for friends and visitors that other housing options offer.

Active Brothers Step Up
We're all in this together. That's why our active brothers have pledged their own resources to the housing campaign, varying in amount from their badge number to several thousand dollars to be fulfilled in the years following graduation. To us, a renovation means more brothers living in the house — creating more lifelong bonds and memories in the process. It means having a better asset for recruitment when other UF fraternities are upgrading their houses. It means no brother having to sit on the floor while we take part in Sigma Nu ritual.

If there's one thing I've always been proud about Epsilon Zeta, it has been our ability to overcome every challenge we face. I invite you to come visit our chapter to meet our brothers and see for yourself the passion and drive in their eyes, the same passion that inspired me to run for Commander. Come see what this Brotherhood is doing to restore the legacy of Epsilon Zeta; our doors are always open!

Love, Honor, Truth,

Noah "Drew" Baker Commander, Epsilon Zeta 2103
